What file types should I upload?

We accept PNG, JPG, GIF, and SVG files. For best results, use high-resolution images (at least 300 DPI) with clear, bold designs that will look great on the foam surface.

 

What size hats do you offer?

We offer two sizes: Adult (one size fits most with adjustable snapback) and Kids (ages 3-10). Both sizes use the same high-quality foam construction.

 

How long does it take to get my hats?

Production typically takes 3-5 business days, plus shipping time (5-7 business days depending on your location). Rush orders may be available for an additional fee - contact us for details!

 

Can I see a proof of my hats before you print them?

Absolutely! We'll send you a digital proof within 24 hours of your order. You can request changes or approve the design before we start production.

 

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes! We offer automatic bulk discounts: 10% off 12-24 hats, 15% off 25-49 hats, 20% off 50-99 hats, and 25% off 100+ hats. Perfect for family reunions and large events!

 

Can you help me design something if I'm not sure what I want?
